In consideration of the huge waste of incandescent lamp, the EU Commission issued regulations in December 2008, and from September 1st, 2009 to December 31st, 2012, the EU fell into disuse of incandescent lamp 100 watts, 75 WATTS, 60 watts, 40 watts and 25 watts which was divided into five stages respectively .
With the implementation of the EU regulation about forbidding incandescent lamps before 2010, the lamp marketing in France would face a major adjustment, the new-type lamps as the representative as energy saving lamps and LED (light emitting diode) lighting lamps will gradually become the mainstream market.
